taking into account the management right, the cost of administration, the fire sale. I would say.. all this add up to $200 - $300 millions.
Bankers can save all these cost, plus benefit from any future asset price upside if they avoid administration.
Therefore.. i reckon a range between $20 - $30 is reasonable.
