This failed in the GFC....when was that again???

We are in another decade & this still has not progressed any further. Mean while GFC2 knocks on our door, USA banging on a recession, Greece failing, France rerated, EURO revised, Gadaffi killed, Bin Laden killed, Hussein captured, it seems the world can move on but MRX is such a complex beast it will take time..Luckily I only wrote off $60k..oh thats right I can't as there is a chance it will be recapitalised (with what, bottle tops from the water cooler??). All assets of any worth are gone. Very annoyed as it was a going concern, look at the price of copper
today (even 3 month after this fiasco started).

I'd say somebody wants this (MRX)shell for nix to be able to offset the losses held.
