Absolutely but it is another matter you lose a farm due to the business wrapping off. You don't sell but you still is a loser not Warren Buffet.
Any words have their context and condition to be right. What does "only" means? Stupid, stubborn, and refusing lessons. If you have too many "only" even god could not save you.
