Any hope for MBN?, page-107

Question....
If being liquidated can the receivers force payment off the Brazilian gov for the tax credits ($11m )?
If So that should come into the public domain for one of us to investigate..ccdsvid?
If they are not pursuing the credits can they claim under new company? Or is it the mine itself mmb that will claim?
Example.....they shaft us with mbn, then move to Canada under new holding company , can they then (if they bought the mine cheap) claim the credits and open the mine with the $11m we are owed.......?
That's the only reason I can think why they wouldn't take it in the first place
