Any hope for MBN?, page-293

I have been monitoring delisted companies on the ASX and so far the latest
delisted companies I can find as below is ILLAWARRA SERIES 2006-1 RMBS TRUST  which was
delisted yesterday 17 th August. If MBN did not pay its ASX listing fees 15 days after July 31 2016
then we should have been on this list already. Someone says ASX publish delisted Companies
at the end of the month, why is it then that these companies (see the link below) have already been
published as delisted by ASX homepage before the end of the month. Can  anyone explain?
