    It's not costing them that much for C&M (around 1.5M USD per quarter which is around the same mark as POS), and the VA said at least until September so you would think these creditors will begin to fund it if nickel price is still this low for easily 1 year, they say nickel is fickle, definitely the case as it's gone back to 4.6US/lb so yes, it might take a longer time to recover.
