Whatever $ value westpac puts on them for you is moot.
They reality is that they are worth zero - and even though a non-zero number may look good and add to your portfolio's perceived value - it is a falsehood. Put a zero for MBN there and recalculate the value of your portfolio manually. THAT is the true value of your portfolio. It looks good to have a non-zero value there for MBN and looking at those figures gives us some comfort and some hope.
But the cold hard reality of it is that the directors effectively made our shares worthless when they put our company into administration - about a year ago!
