Even if we pay the fees I still unfortunately believe we will be shafted, someone wants This mine at a dirt cheap price and looking like that's what will happen. Unfair, absolutely.... Illegal , who knows and it will take a solicitor and thousands of dollars to find out. So anyway you look at it , we'll end up being the losers. Hope to God I'm totally wrong. I would like some if not all my money back but I've accepted that's it's probably all gone.

I think circumstances gave them the excuse of doing what they did at the time and they could have easily get away with it, however the new circumstances (Nickel price) could change the outcome and gives us some hope that those a.....s can't get way with this anymore.......
