I think @ccdavid means that the liquidation call was a delay tactic (as they couldn't get an extension from the courts to keep it in VA or didn't want to????), these creditors who are substantial share holders with majority shares of over 500M MBN shares can retire the VR anytime they want to. If they production cost is as low as they disclosed (and also reiterated by the VR when they tried to sell the mine but nickel price was dropping to 4US/lb and even as low as 3.5US.lb), I think they will recommence operation when nickel price gets to 5.5US/lb but I think these creditors really want to move their operation to Canada but will that be with us existing holders, if not, will it be a good case for CA.......????
