The secured creditors are also in our situation (i.e. last on the list), the secure creditors are the ones that swapped 65% of MBN's total debt of $455M USD for majority shares ownership of over 50% MBN shares and they are still substantial share holders as there were no change in substantial holders disclosure from them......didn't you know this?
