• Financial restructuring and Operations Turnaround resulting in reduction of cash costs in 50%
• Reestructuring the administrative area (reducing hierarchical levels and streamlining activities and accountability (25% reduction in headcount and 35% reduction in costs)
• Renegotiated over 200 supply contracts and replaced contractors at Mirabela’s site with savings of over USD 30MM
• Restructured Maintenance area to act in coordination with supply-chain – warehouse in order to end onerous outsourcing contracts and start to do activities in house
• Renegotiated Ni sales contracts with gains to the company
