There seems to be three things that will give some answers to that question of hope for 13c again:

1. Monday 19th September (expected date) CNX will be receiving DERM notification. That result will give a good indication to what the government's intention is with UCG.

2. CXY's results from water testing in October (1st round) will give enough evidence for the future of CXY (and probably UCG in Qld).

3. The second round of results in December will solidify the future for CXY and UCG in general for Qld one way or another.
