CXY is walking the valley of death that most new technologies must navigate. I think it got most of the way through before DERM got involved. However, I think the overall political climate is changing favourably, especially with BHP recently refocussing the debate on a carbon price. I also think DERM's last announcement suggest that a somewhat more scientific approach will prevail. If CXY can't meet environmental requirements, it probably shouldn't go ahead anyway. The other issue is financing, but given Len's commitment (something rare in a micro-cap) and how close to final proof of concept we are, plus the various projects in WA and China that are in the works, I can see a way forward here as well as there is a story that can be sold to the capital markets.
Its hard to make a call, but if CXY survive the next six months, 13 cents will be no problem.
