And there we go. I my opinion DERM are now (and have been) stuffing CNX around by requesting "additional information". So called "information" that could have and should have been requested earlier. It appears to me that this is just blatant abuse of power by the Qld government and has nothing to do with genuine data concerning environmental concerns. Would love to know when the media will have a field day with Kate Jones. When's the investigation going to commence into her conduct?
The Qld government need to be held accountable, for they are just using DERM to achieve their own agenda, i believe. In no way is this a case of DERM simply doing their job.

Sure hope CXY's results will put an end to all this.
