Fear of a changed childcare funding model in the coming federal budget.
Maybe the long WALE with fixed increases and sub 5% cap rates is leaving the valuation stretched with only one way to move.
CQE has been on an acquisition rampage for 18 months. Limited loan headroom means either they raise funds soon or no more balance sheet (read managers fees) growth.
