    todays SP is down for three reasons
    one the issue with CM which is not really a concern.
    second the uncertainty factor re the signing of the deal on Tuesday or Wednesday .
    third the government decision to allow bidding between MIS and MMX for the infrastructure building. Japanese vs Chinese
