You've come up with some pretty good numbers, off what limited information we have. I agree in the sense of salvaging the best parts and usable machinery and tearing down the old structure. No doubt every pump, flot cell, tank, roller will have to be removed and replaced with maybe salvaging belts, crushers, sag and ball mill being some key components. Of what i can see from aerials the surface plant, is not all that big. Pending on what is salvageable they could have the option to run side by side units to keep the accuracy of the output up. If the mills arent rusted away that is. But that will all be released in a feasibility study of the plant.
