I'm the same mate, I'm not attacking anybody and I respectively digest every bit of information i read on here as well as my own research and experiences to make my decisions. I'm always up for an open and reasonable debate and discussion, also reasonably im new to posting within the forums but have followed HC for quite some time. Im less invested in gold shares. Moreso in others I did pretty well out of XRO, and currently holding some BNPL.
In my experience, if they do not reuse any of the old machinery and it is in the middle of source, I don't see why it can't be torn down pretty quickly. Demolition is easy. But I don't think they will tear it down for exploration. They should be able to drill around the site.
I have not been here long, so I am still catching up on all of the research and data.
