Yes interesting - capital raisings are not ususually described as 'transactions' are they?
One intepretation of the announcement is that practical mining experience to date has forced AVO's hand - ie they cannot meet reserve expectations unless they put in a paste operation. If this not the case, then in my view the announcement is poorly worded.
