From the Bidders Statement thunderstg....I don't think there was an alternative offer as such...just one offer for cash + scrip. So I'm not sure we will get any more than those who accepted earlier.

"What is the Offer? Wah Nam Australia is offering to acquire all of your Brockman
Shares for A$1.50 cash and 18 Wah Nam International Shares for
each Brockman Share held, on the terms and conditions set out in
Section 13."
