    Or, as I have previously noted, WNI lied that they had achieved 90 plus percent hoping to sweep up those who thought it was all over and wanted the $1.50 cash asap, and now WNI are still buying on market to get to 90% by 14 June.

    Preposterous? Maybe, but still possible.
