Jeez Cloggy......that's amazing if you still haven't received the documentation explaining the split. Because that included your voting paper/proxy. It was about the thickness of an annual report, which Chairman O'Duill explained at the meeting was required to comply with the two jurisdictions of the ASX and NZX.
But it was possible to read all about it at the company website long before the paperwork arrived in the mail, and I've just checked this evening, and it's summarised here.
