Sekrub ,I received the documentation and paper / proxy on the 24 th Jan one day after voting closed. I rang the Tower info line to complain .I was told that it had all been sent from NZ on the 9 th Jan .I know we are the most isolated city in the world but to take 15 days to get here is a little bit hard to believe.The person I was talking to sounded very young , probably just employed for this period .She said her manager had said that Tower can't be responsible for how long the post takes without even talking to him /her while I was on the phone . I said it sounded like I wasn't the only one who had received the paper work late to which her reply was " I can't comment on that " . What if this happens with the entitlements offer ??? Will be sending an email to Tower with my concerns . Cloggy
