    Only news I can get was that CHM presented on wed, MMX yesterday.

    Grimaldi today and Barnes in relation to MMX cross claim against him.

    Then CHM have final say today.

    Judge then goes away and expectation is anywhere up to 6 months before a decision is handed down.

    A fair way to go on this one.
