Well at least thats over.......A few procedural matters to be finalised as well as wriiten submissions to be lodged, but court appearances finished...Judge to make decision within 3 to 6 months....unless settled... quite happy with proceedings and feel confident of no constructive trust award, Although a none substantial cash settlement as I have alluded to before( 6 -15 mill) is likely, but with a cross claim against both Barnes and Grim we should be able to recover anything paid to chm from them......MMX'ers rest easy......Now if Europe and the US can get themselves on track we can be looking at an sp back around $6 sometime this year and tthen the sky's the limit!!!
