    re: reject at the meeting deal was struck when price was 40 cents ..all positive to me ..instos on board ,,ebit of $14 mill, pe of 5 ...sounds ok to me wil buy in the spp plan....last few months a lot of companies have done the same & powered on ..the story is real ...see price gains to come.
