Apparently it would require an answer for the negative at 5% + of listed votes to have a chance of being voted on as an EGM
Although many may think it, it would need to be formalised as a substantial shareholder stance , as it doesn't seem they will stop paying themselves, or even reduce the amount of payments voluntarily, though if they really had the best interest of the company as forefront, one could pretty easily argue that it is not sustainabale, nor reasonable that souch monies should continue to be paid to directors. There should be some supportive reason to such payments. They've had a pretty cash rich run in what's been taken out of the business in the last 4 years.... it may now be time for somewhat of a moratorium on directors' fees until a more secure postion and outlook has been established, rather than simply assuming we'll just do another CR becasue we'll have a new reason/excuse this time(Despite having promised "There will not be another" when raising at 1.7c in 2011 )
