The tax loss sellers have overdone it and must now buy back in.
VOR will easily bounce back to old highs when some reasonable drilling results come in and RIO is looking for ground in Mongolia which won't do any harm to VOR's prices.
VOR could have made a better effort answering the ASX. It's a chance to re state their strengths. Very lazy reply.
