Don't think it is BBC, though they do have first right to match any offer that PTN think is reasonable. Question is will want in. Or are they happy to continue leasing.
Personally hope not as the funds are better used for working capital and getting their villages built/sold. Better margins in that I think.
Just a little disappointed as a SH with the dillution that will happen. Still am interested to know what will happen with the dividends. Are they going to continue paying them? Guess we'll find out at the meeting.
