The only explanation I can come up with is that WIN are selling their 13% stake in a hurry, although i would be surprised if they tried to offload the whole lot on-market. Definitely someone with a big stake wants out.
Value looks pretty compelling to me around here. Mkt cap is just about 100% cash backed.....and they throw in a growing telco for free!
