Maybe won't get you anywhere, but the suggestion is to email Valad as I do/have done to express your concern. If enough holders do so, they may finally start taking notice. Then you can start posting their responses here since they will never provide info unilaterally. trust me, my latest email to them certainly didn't start with 'merry christmas'...
