The quarterly has forecast $150K to be spent on administration this quarter, despite Nathan having stepped down and nobody actually working in the company any longer.
So that's $600K p/a being paid to "somebody" and I would suggest that seeing as there are now only three directors (Lude, Fischer & DeSouza) these guys are intending to pay themselves up to $200K p/a each to do NOTHING.
I seriously suggest holders at the very least need to be seeking a "please explain" via ASIC or push for an EGM although that might be pointless as the major holder (Boylen) was the one who put these guys into the jobs, remember?
