Yes Kina. They have expressed that desire. But for reasons still unclear to me they gave away that right with the initial PFC farm-in and I understand that the JV docs have not yet been amended to allow them that right (or maybe that's what the ann is about!?). Quite how you could willingly give away ALL rights when the JV was only ever in respect of unconventional resources still amazes me. Any lawyer of mine who made that basic mistake would be shot immediately. It's just such a basic oversight.

There was some mention of amending the JV docs a while back, but haven't heard any thing more. Like you I'm hopeful of something positive but rightly or wrongly am somewhat pessimistic. Am down a fortune on this and annoyed about pretty much every aspect of it. But Statoil's presence (and Total's nearby) gives me hope I can claw back some of those losses and chalk it up to experience.
