From my understanding of the last announcement, ASIC threw a spanner in the works and we we're in the process of sorting that out.

Once ASIC are satisfied with the compliance issues, the company can then proceed with lodging the Prospectus and providing us with a re-instatement timetable.

I suspect that we are either still waiting for ASIC to review our response to their notice or ASIC have come up with even more questions for the company to respond to....

At least the company is continuing to generate $$ in the background. By the time this is all finalised, we might have enough cash in the bank to pay out all our debts in full and issue a dividend to shareholders!
