I think that scenario is 85% foreign owned. Camenco (Canada), Silex (Aus) and Avena (Fra).
Personally the longer this goes on the worse news it is likely to be. If they had good news then they would have to announce it when they got it, but no news means no announcement (until we hear about an extension or GLE folding).
That said the price is still so low I can't see myself selling the shares. Between the cash pile, the underlying technology and IQE even with bad news the current price isn't expensive.
