FLT down 7.62% today and most travel stocks down something.
It looks like the market is thinking that discretionary spending will lower given the interest rate rises and general downturn in the market.
Although, the recent market stabilisation gives some comfort that the downturn may not be as bad in Australia as first thought. A shake-out yes, but recession no.
