I spoke to Steve. He mentioned there is no direct impact to Tox's operations as they use very little gas.
There may be a small indirect impact, where Tox's customers have shutdowns caused by the gas shortage. (some of the shutdowns cause bringing forward of maintenance and cleaning functions, resulting in some extra work).
