All I could spot on Octavium was that it seemed to be linked to the owners of the Sydney Glass Island. They are not obvious large investors in other listed stocks, so seemed an odd choice of business interest for them.
My take is either they are unsophisticated investors with more money to spend (and belief in their choices) than you or I, or perhaps they are hopeful of interest in CPI from another quarter.
