Where do you get your information? How do you know they were interested or even bidding for Soul, Oracle, Vision.

My view is that they exited the gold coast market at the correct time after Q1, Circle on Cavill and Avalon. In effect if you look at their annual report they have been paying down debt, which has been opposite to the other players like Raddison etc.

Anyhow I think it has been only the Dubai stuff that has haunted them, which hopefully is behind them now.

I still believe Sunland is positioning themselves well for the future upturn when it happens. e.g. Royal Pines and Pac Pines acquisitions.

Enjoying this latest confidence shown in the SP of late, lets hope it continues.
