    Shell probably doesn't need to sell 3.3 billion dollars worth of Woodside shares to buy 18 million bucks worth of NXS.

    Shell probably spends 18 million bucks a year on printer paper each year.

    That said, Shell does now have cash if they want ALL of NXS as well as their coal seam gas.
