    In normal times REY would have been trumpeting the change of operatorship but these times are not normal and maybe they are having thoughts about the tie with OBL . Of course their management may be too busy making financing arrangements in Hong Kong for a massive exploration effort. One can only dream and dream and drea,,,,,,
