IMO,CDC should not buy any milk processing factories in China,Australia or New Zealand.
CDC should priduce and supply law milk to them as present doing it.
Or CDC should make a joint company with Australia or NZ company in China and invest small fund to supply law milk.
IMO,it is better,less risky and needs less fund to import Australian dairy products to China.
There are too much competitions in every where.
