I wouldn't trust any broker recommendation they generally work against the small mums and dad investors whom they see as a pool of liquidity to either have their larger clients buy from or sell to. If they are recommending a sell then in all probability they have a larger client who wants to accumulate and conversely if they issue a buy you'll get a rush of smaller investors buying only to be sold to by the big boys.
Be very wary who you listen to in this game and never ever believe anything that's put out in the public domain recommending selling or buying. It's generally done to mislead and misinform the masses.
