My understanding is that the fluctuations in the Uranium spot price are close to immaterial for power producers who need a secure supply for decades. This means (again my understanding) that power producers enter into long term agreements with miners to ensure supplies and are willing to pay for the security of a reliable source. I would have thought that BMN is a frontrunner in this regard - the ability to produce good quantities of uranium for a long time.
