Mr Jackman "I've been sitting in the (CEO's) chair for just over 100 days now, 100 days ago shareprice was $1.60 today .32cents are we seeing another BNB or ABC. Remember the reinvestment plan we payed $1.11 only a few months ago. Mr Jackman said "But I'm comfortable and, in fact, happy that we're doing all the right things to make it happen," Yes changes were needed, But to date i seen nothing that says Mr Jackman is the right man for the job.
My blood still boils when i think of payment that went to Les Wozniczka. Under the terms of his contract Mr Wozniczka was required to give 12 months notice of termination. The board exercised its discretion under the contract to pay Mr Wozniczka 12 month's salary ($1,391,300) in lieu of notice.
That $1,391,300 should "NEVER" been pay after the mess he left this company in for one it showed a weak Mr Jackman. Now Les is sitting back with the sharholders cash while "WE THE SHAREHOLDERS" bleed.
What shareholders need to know now is WHO is this big seller,and If it's shortsellers why is are CEO Mr Jackman NOT telling the market. I for one can take no more Bleeding and Pain i have a family to feed and yes im out of work.
