just had a call from my fav agent...big demand for furnished props in that suburb....he suggests min 450 pw
about 150 pw more than unfurnished ...so lets see how we go with this.....and then he said may offload it down the track at a nice premium...due to the higher income from the rental...
I am not looking to sell at all and especially in this climate......in fact am looking at buying again....
have to wait to sort it out with the rental manager...I was planning to rent it from Jan 1 furnished anyway,
If I can get the bigger returns together with the lower interest rates....whoo hoo
then I will look to repeat the exercise....ie buy and renovate another prop in that area....furnish it and you know the rest
