you have summed it up beautifully --i got out of the co. some time ago without any damage after i realised that no one in australia was ever going to see any divs or price rise--i too have some shares in the mystical land preservation co. held in trust for me until they go broke--if they exist

SCE issued the shares ( worthless ) because they said it would be too expensive to mail out the cash---they even tried to do a share placement at one stage but couldnt get enough suckers--i believe they are actually in a very sound financial position but dont ever think aussies are valued share holders

price seems to go for a little run every now and then but never holds up

my advice--- look for better opportunities
