Shareholders will own 1 third of new company I think it will be a good deal for shareholders. Just on projected profit this year. Say 600000 1third is 200000 swiftel. Say 3mill 1 third 1 mill. swiftel shareholders1.6 mill of merger. Cant see Swiftel making this much this year. I realise this is very very rough but thats what I think. Profit estimates are pretty conservative. No profit for Swiftel 1 mill Peoplecom 1third 330000 Swiftel. Even when reinvested Swiftel shareholders still better off.Watch TV its the next big thing broadband, now merger has the lot.
