There was an implied threat that if you didn,t take the 1 share for two existing options, they may have to have a further issue, considering that m/ment hold the bulk of these, it looks like PTL don,t want any possible interference by way of these options still existing, as you say, the options may be the best leverage, but I don,t they will be available in any quantity from now on. I hold options, and if I accept the offer, at least I don,t have to pay a further 10c.
