    Q. If an frail & elderly couple wish to make a will with an independent & unknown to them lawyer, and an greedy son of the elderly couple verbally persuades the couple (sweettalk) to make will with a lawyer known to him on the basis of conflict of interests (eg both parents and son are dedicated catholics and the lawyer is also high level catholic), can the will be challenged in court at a letter time if the elderly couple pass away, and if so how does one prove that there was a potential conflict of interest if the persuasion (sweetalk) was verbal?
